1 Our iMedia team offers a free weekly podcast called Infuse on Life Action’s website. This podcast on personal revival also offers related resources on the weekly topics. Pray that many will access these messages and experience personal revival.
2 Nancy Leigh DeMoss is heard on over 1,000 radio outlets through the Revive Our Hearts and Seeking Him programs. Intercede for her and this ministry, asking God to communicate His Word clearly and to direct many women worldwide to find these programs.
3 Four community blood donation drives are scheduled at our National Ministry Center this year. Pray that many in our community will take part while also getting to know our staff and the services and resources we offer.
4 Life Action pre-summit speakers are at First Baptist Church in Douglas, Georgia, today preparing for the Blue Team’s arrival in a few weeks. Pray that God’s Spirit will stir the hearts of many to fresh obedience and new vision for what He wants to accomplish in their community.
5 Sasha Childs, Life Action Camp’s former housekeeper, recently joined a YWAM training camp to prepare for foreign missions in India. Pray for her and for Christa Cowden, the new camp housekeeper, who is still raising her financial support.
6 Lift up the Collegiate Impact staff in prayer today as they enter a new year of promoting revival and spiritual awakening on college and university campuses across America.
7 Greg Stevenson, with Collegiate Impact, formerly served as a professor at Purdue University. He carries a burden to encourage faculty to walk with Christ and influence their students for Christ’s kingdom. Pray for opportunities for Greg to minister to these influential people.
8 This weekend Byron Paulus is directing the pre-summit ministry at Northcliffe Baptist Church in Spring Hill, Florida. Pray for God to move deeply during these days, preparing the church for future ministry by the Blue Team.
9 Lane Gordon speaks in pre-summit meetings at Bethel Baptist Church in Moody, Alabama, this Sunday. Pray for listening ears and open hearts as he speaks.
10 Ryan Loveing, Ben Slenk, and the White Team open a 4-day revival conference tomorrow at First Baptist Church in Sulphur, Louisiana. Pray that God will bring true revival and spiritual awakening, changing lives forever for His kingdom.
11 Steve Canfield, Steven Canfield, and the Blue Team serve in a summit at First Baptist Church in Glen St. Mary, Florida, today through the 25th. Ask God to work powerfully in the hearts of all attending.
12 Laine Johnson, Wilson Green, and the Red Team opened a summit yesterday at Central Baptist Church in Spring Hill, Louisiana, and will minister there through the 21st. Pray for days of genuine revival and spiritual refreshing, leading to an awakening among the lost.
13 Please cover our camp staff in prayer, asking God to empower them for effective ministry through their many outreaches and to provide for their material needs.
14 Today Debby Canfield leads the ladies’ luncheon at First Baptist Church in Glen St. Mary, Florida. Pray that God will use her words to convict and encourage the ladies to live in obedience to Him.
15 PastorConnect is a bi-weekly e-mail sent by Life Action to church leaders. It contains an article written by a pastor, and links to helpful websites. Pray that pastors, missionaries, deacons, and others will sign up for this resource.
16 Over the next several days, Life Action Camp is hosting area ministry groups. As these groups meet to carry out their purposes, pray that they will be refreshed and challenged in Christ.
17 Steve Canfield and Steven Canfield lead the Home Life Café sessions today at the Blue Team summit in Glen St. Mary, Florida. Pray that the hearts of all the generations represented will be challenged to fulfill God’s design for their lives and homes.
18 Ryan Loveing and Tom Nesbitt lead the White Team summit which begins today at Parkside Baptist Church in Denison, Texas. Pray for days of unusual power and visitation from God’s Holy Spirit.
19 During these days of national economic challenge, pray that God would especially provide for and encourage our staff.
20 Pray diligently for our new leaders in the process of taking office. Earnestly ask God to send a sweeping revival in our time that will affect every leadership office in the land.
21 For 18 years, Charles Archer has served as our Business and Finance Director. Please earnestly pray for him and his wife, Joann, as they walk together through the effects of Joann’s ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
22 Lester Tolleson, our IT Help Desk Coordinator, has served at the National Ministry Center for 14 years. Pray for him and his wife, Barbara, as they influence others for Christ and encourage their children and young grandsons.
23 Pray for wisdom for Revive Our Hearts’ leadership team as they seek God for discernment in accepting invitations and formulating His desired schedule for the ministry in the days ahead.
24 This weekend John Myers is at Friendship Baptist Church in Hudson, North Carolina, as the pre-summit speaker. Pray that God will empower him to speak words that will accomplish lasting, Christ-centered changes in the hearts of the hearers as he prepares the congregation for the Red Team’s ministry.
25 Laine Johnson, Wilson Green, and the Red Team would appreciate your intercession for their 11-day summit at Eastside Baptist Church in Douglas, Georgia, beginning today. Ask God to pour out His presence in great power and conviction.
26 Pray for our summit team families’ safety as they travel many miles this year. Also pray for health and energy as they give themselves to God’s work in churches throughout our country.
27 Lift up in prayer Kim Gwin, who has served with Life Action for the past 16 years and is currently an Associate Editor in our Publications division. Ask God to guide her thoughts as she edits much of our printed material.
28 Sunu Thomas serves with Collegiate Impact at our National Ministry Center. Cover Sunu and Karen and their three children in prayer today, asking God to protect, provide for, and prosper them spiritually.
29 Monica Vaught has served with Life Action for 14 years, and she is currently the Communications Coordinator for Revive Our Hearts. Thank God with us for blessing her hard work with the True Woman ’08 conference, and ask Him to continue empowering her for effective ministry this year.
30 Pray that God opens opportunities for our teams to minister, as our Road Team Services Department speaks with pastors across America. We desire to be exactly where He wants us to be.
31 Glad Stanley went home to be with the Lord this past November, after serving in Life Action with her husband, Charles, for nearly the past 10 years of their “retirement.” Please pray for Charles, as he continues scheduling churches as a Road Team Services Representative.
